The Splatter Run sets off at 11 am and will see runners of all ages and abilities have a day of fun, exercise and lots of colour. There is a choice of participating in the 5 km, 1.6 or both. It’s an untimed event, so there’s no pressure to time the mile it is just to fun. It is so positive and fun you’ll probably see Splatter runners running, skipping, dancing and smiling to the finish line. There will be an opportunity for students to try a sport, a DJ will provide the music, an obstacle course, Laser Tag from The Zone and other activities such as tug of war.

The Splatter Run aims to encourage young people to become involved and be more active in their community in a fun and supportive environment.

The KIT Van, a mobile youth mental health resource, will be launched at this year’s event for the Loddon Shire. The Kit van has been created to provide information for the 12-25-year age group and can be accessed for community events.
